Trust & responsible AI

Intelligence built on trust.

DealerVision may process sensitive automotive and financial information. That responsibility shapes the product, not just the policy page.

Principles

How we handle customer information.

Customer consent

Information is collected voluntarily, with a clear purpose, and never pre-checked.

Data minimization

We ask for what improves the match — and mark optional fields as optional.

Transparent estimates

Payment ranges and Close Score are always labeled as estimates.

Secure information handling

Sensitive fields are protected in transit and at rest.

Role-based dealership access

Users only see data scoped to their dealership and role.

Clear customer disclosures

Shoppers see exactly what will be shared before anything is sent.

No guaranteed approval claims

DealerVision never represents a financing outcome.

Fair-lending-conscious workflows

Estimates are framed as deal fit, not creditworthiness verdicts.

Auditable customer consent

Consent events are recorded with timestamp and scope.

Data retention controls

Retention windows are configurable per dealership obligation.

Security posture

DealerVision is being designed with enterprise-grade security and privacy principles, including tenant isolation at the database level, row-level access policies, least-privilege service access and audit logging for sensitive record access. We do not claim certifications such as SOC 2 until they are actually achieved.

Financial information should only ever be collected voluntarily and with a clear purpose. Architecture placeholders exist for applicable privacy, consumer protection, financial data and dealership obligations, and are configured with the dealership.
