This notice describes how DealerVision handles information provided by consumers and dealerships. It is a product-stage document and will be expanded with jurisdiction-specific disclosures before commercial launch.

Information we collect

Vehicle preferences, budget and payment targets, trade-in details, timeline, contact preferences and optional financial context that a consumer voluntarily provides. Dealership users provide account and role information.

How we use it

To match consumers with vehicles, estimate payment ranges, generate Close Score estimates, and connect consumers with a dealership they have chosen to contact.

Sharing

Consumer information is shared with a dealership only after the consumer consents to that connection. We do not resell consumer information to multiple dealerships as an anonymous lead.

Financial information

Any financial information is optional, collected for the stated purpose of improving estimates, and is never used to represent an approval, a rate, or a guaranteed financing outcome.

Your choices

Consumers may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information they submitted, and may withdraw consent for future dealership contact.
